We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a NetSuite & HubSpot Reporting and Dashboard Creator. This role will play a critical part in optimizing our reporting capabilities, ensuring data accuracy, and enhancing our decision-making processes.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards in NetSuite and HubSpot to support business operations.
  • Extract, analyze, and visualize data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments, including sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across platforms, troubleshooting discrepancies as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Automate report generation and delivery to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in integrating NetSuite and HubSpot data for a seamless reporting experience.
  • Provide training or documentation to help team members utilize reports effectively.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience in NetSuite and HubSpot reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in NetSuite Analytics, HubSpot Reporting, and knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful reports.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot data issues and improve reporting workflows.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present data insights clearly.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Availability: Must be able to commit to 8 hours per week.
