Position: Technical Sales Account Manager
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth within the various industries. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our advanced laboratory automation systems and solutions to prospective clients, including research facilities, quality control departments, and testing laboratories.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share within designated industries.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.

Product Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our laboratory automation systems, their functionalities, and benefits tailored to the specific needs of each industry.

Solution Selling: Identify client needs and challenges, propose appropriate automation solutions,
and effectively communicate the Herzog value proposition.
•
Technical Support: Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless integration and support for clients during pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales implementation.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to
capitalize on emerging opportunities and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
•
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline. Advanced degree (MSc, PhD) preferred.
•
Experience: Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within laboratory automation or related industries such as instrumentation, scientific equipment, or industrial automation.
•
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the one or more of the industries, including regulatory
requirements and testing protocols.
•
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and persuasively.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs and
propose tailored solutions.

Travel: Willingness to travel extensively to client sites, industry conferences, and trade shows
as required.
