Correctional Officer- Fall 2025 Academy -Our eleven-week paid Academy prepares entry level Correctional Officers for a career that blends security work, human services and leadership opportunities. This work is rewarding on many levels and draws on a wide range of skills. 

We offer $6,000 sign on bonus- $1,000 at graduation from the Academy, $1,000 at 1 year of employment, $4,000 at 18-monhts of employment.
