Our technical resources include a cadre of engineers, data scientists,, and subject matter experts (SMEs) with experience in providing systems engineering, programmatic, and strategic planning consulting services to Department of Defense (DoD) organizations aiming at transitioning their current maintenance practices to Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) practices, including predictive maintenance (PdM).

Job Summary

As a Software Engineer at GSS LLC, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge software solutions that support our mission in health state data management. This role is essential in driving our research and development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses for research and application of emerging standards and developed processes
• Prepare analyses on the application of open-source tools for further development
• Contribute to documenting the development process
• Help advance current application capabilities and new features 
• Present results to the team for study documentation
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required 

Qualifications

• Advanced Degree in Computer Science or Engineering 
• Model Based Systems Engineering work or academic experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high quality software products in a dynamic environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
