Mobile Disc Jockey

All equipment and PAID training provided by Wing Productions! No prior experience is needed!

Pay: $20/hr + Tips + Performance Bonuses (+$2/hr raise every 6 months)

Hours: 5-12 hours per week

Job Summary:
We are seeking talented, out-going, positive, organized, and confident individuals to join our event entertainment team. The DJ will be responsible for setting up equipment and playing music that appeals to the audience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music, have knowledge of a wide variety of music genres, and the ability to read and adapt to the energy of the crowd.

Key Responsibilities:

Play music that appeals to the audience

Read and adapt to the energy of the crowd, and adjust the music accordingly to maintain a lively and upbeat atmosphere

Work with event planners, coordinators, and other entertainment professionals to ensure the success of the event

Maintain and set up equipment, including sound systems, microphones, and lights

Handle song requests from guests and clients, while also adhering to any specific song lists or preferences

Provide high-quality customer service to clients and guests, and maintain a professional and approachable demeanor throughout the event

Qualifications:

Must have reliable transportation

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and nights

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with event planners, coordinators, and other entertainment professionals

Strong organization skills

Basic knowledge of how to operate Apple Mac

Wide range of musical knowledge and the ability to play music across multiple genres and styles

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required
