Associate Project Manager
At BluePath Solutions, the Commercial Operations Team leads company initiatives in business development, strategic planning, and marketing.
As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a key role in implementing and improving operational workflows across the core areas managed by Commercial Operations. The role will focus on activities which support the execution of programs developed by the Commercial Operations Team.
This position reports to the Partner in charge of Commercial Operations and requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- In consultation with the Partner, develop and implement standard operating procedures which support business development, strategic planning, and marketing plans.
- Create internal and external facing slide deck templates and presentations in support of key business initiatives.
- Manage the planning calendar and work with other departments to develop content in support of the strategic planning process.
- Monitor, manage, and evaluate the effectiveness of BluePath social media programs.
- Develop marketing materials and supporting graphic design elements to be used for company marketing campaigns.
- Execute tasks related to the implementation of key performance indicator metrics across core initiatives managed by strategic planning.
- Extend and enhance business relationships with key internal stakeholders across the BluePath business units.
- Perform other related duties incidental to work described herein.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of experience working in company operations management or related roles, supporting day-to-day business functions, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in business operations, project management, and/or financial processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a business environment characterized by rapid change.
- Excellent team-building, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity in the analysis of business operations and generating insights using Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and data visualization tools.
- Effective communication and internal stakeholder management skills.
- Experience implementing process improvements and operational best practices.
- Proven ability to simultaneously work on multiple assignments and effectively work with multiple team members and management.
- Communicate flawlessly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools.
- Experience in copy-editing, marketing communications and social media platforms.
- Must be available to work onsite in our Los Angeles office for a minimum of two days per week.
Desired Qualifications Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred), or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies.
- Candidates with extensive knowledge and experience may be considered for a Project Manager position.
Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000. Our salary ranges take into account a number of factors including but are not limited to the scope of responsibilities of the position, organizational equity, federal, state, and local laws. An individual’s base salary is commensurate with their skills, work experience, education, and training.
