Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional, energetic, and driven Associate or Junior Associate preferably based in Chicago. In this role, you will assist with a wide range of consulting projects, contribute to research and analysis, and provide support to senior team members in delivering impactful solutions to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to grow their career in consulting, particularly within aviation, finance, or business information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist in the development of client deliverables, including research, data analysis, report preparation, and slide creation for presentations
•Support senior consultants in the design and implementation of strategies and solutions for airport and aviation projects
•Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution
•Prepare and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
•Create and organize slides for client presentations and internal reports
•Participate in client meetings and support the development of proposals and presentations
•Assist in the coordination of project timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders
•Continuously improve knowledge of industry trends and methodologies to contribute to team success
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
•Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
•Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the team and projects
•Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
Salary:
$80,000 to $100,000
