Field Service Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independnetly perform service and maintenance on equipment and automation lines.
  • Install and commission machinery and complete automation solutions at customer sites.
  • Diagnose technical issues, promptly resolve malfunctions, and minimize system downtime.
  • Clearly communicate technical findings and solutions to customers and team members.
  • Accurately document service activities, including installation reports and maintenance logs, in compliance with company standards.

You Bring: 

  • Associate degree or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, independence, and sound judgment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required. As much as 60% travel.
