Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our company. This is a full-time on-site position located in Sidney, OH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange housing accommodation for expatriates and vendors, including lease management and hotel bookings.
  • Facilitate communication among all stakeholders to ensure a seamless stay.
  • Track rental payments, utility bills, and related expenses to ensure timely processing.
  • Oversee company rental properties, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, track usage, and implement cost-control measures.
  • Supervise office building sanitation and cleanliness, ensuring a well-maintained and hygienic workspace.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
  • Support general administrative duties, including document filing, reporting, and coordinating office activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in office management or a related administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments and diverse cultures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and office management systems.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.
