We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Technician to provide technical support across all departments and ensure the smooth operation of company devices and software. This is a full-time on-site position located in Sidney, OH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues to maintain efficient business operations.
  • Provide technical support to employees across departments, addressing IT-related concerns promptly.
  • Manage and maintain company devices, including computers, servers, and peripheral equipment.
  • Install, update, and improve company software as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain network systems, ensuring security and efficiency.
  • Assist in implementing IT solutions to enhance productivity and workflow.
  • Support system upgrades, data backups, and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
  • Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associate’s degree or certification in Information Systems/Technology.
  • Experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of information technology systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with programming languages and IT infrastructure management.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and a willingness to continuously learn.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills in the diverse culture environment.
