Reserve Power Design Engineer I
Overview
To support the plant and product lines with engineering skills by creating drawings, for tooling, battery components, create bill of materials, and customer layouts.
Responsibilities
- Develop CAD drawings using 2D and 3D software.
- Provide support for sales, quality, manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and customers.
- Prepare and deliver information, technical reports, and presentations to management.
- Participate in regular technical reviews throughout all phases of a project.
- Maintain and protect the confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Attend meetings to discuss products, processes, and problems.
- Works on smaller projects that are less complex in nature.
- Participate in review and approval of drawings.
- Participate in review and author of EPM specification documents.
- Ensure high quality of work.
- Travel for the company as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
- Bachelor of Science.
- Relevant technical experience from professional career or East Penn
- Engineering knowledge in mechanical design.
- The ability to come with solutions and innovations. To look at the big picture and down the road.
- Analytical skills, to analyze data and draw a conclusion.
