Director of Worship

The Director of Worship will design, lead, and oversee a corporate worship experience that draws people into an encounter with God as Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He will provide vision and direction for the worship ministry in harmony with the vision of the church.  He will work with the Creative Worship Team along with the Lead Pastor, and the elder board in developing and implementing the worship ministry.  This individual reports to the Lead Pastor while maintaining a close relationship with the elder board.
