Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and gather patient information to develop individualized behavior intervention plans.

Collaborate with therapy teams to ensure consistent progress toward patient goals.

Implement and oversee treatment plans while providing guidance to assistant therapists and caregivers.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, co-workers, physicians, and other TLC team members.

Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including patient billing.

Supervise and train assistant therapists to ensure quality care.

Requirements:

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Michigan license

Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!

Passion for working with children

Strong communication and organizational skills

A desire to develop innovative programs that enhance the lives of children

Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, twist, crawl, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Availability based on caseload
