School Social Worker

The Oregon School District is hiring a school social worker position at the elementary level for the 2025-2026 school year.

This position will:

- Require the ability to serve as a liaison between the school's families and community agencies/resources

- Provide social, emotional, and mental health interventions to individuals and groups of students

- Work collaboratively and communicate clearly with all stakeholders

- Think creatively about how to meet the needs of our students

- Support students (mental health, academic, basic needs, attendance, behavior, etc.)

- Provide staff development

- Be self-motivated, organized, committed to educational equity and life long learning

The ideal candidate will also have successful experience working with elementary students.
