Machine Learning Engineer / AI Specialist(4+ Years)

We are looking for a driven and innovative AI/ML Engineer with around 4 years of industry experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about applying machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems and has hands-on experience building and deploying ML models. Certification(s) in AI/ML, data science, or related fields is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for business-critical applications.

Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to deliver AI-powered solutions.

Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.

Implement model evaluation, monitoring, and optimization techniques.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in AI/ML.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.

~4 years of hands-on experience in ML/AI development.

Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

Certified in relevant AI/ML technologies (e.g., AWS ML Specialty, TensorFlow Developer).

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices.

Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.

Contributions to open-source or personal AI/ML projects.
