Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, professional care to clients in their homes.
• Assist patients in achieving their personal goals in ADLs, IADLs, and functional mobility.
• Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based treatments tailored to individual needs.
• Document patient progress and treatments efficiently and defensibly.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support continued progress and promote a healthy lifestyle.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program (Associate Degree).
• Current NY State Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License (required).
• Knowledge of EMR systems (SynergyPro/Turbo PT experience is a plus).
• CPR certification (preferred but not required).

Skills:

• Strong understanding of current best practices in occupational therapy.
• Ability to engage patients with diverse needs and personalities.
• Motivation to continually learn and adapt.

Compensation:

Competitive per-visit rates at $50-55$
