Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, professional care to clients in their homes.
- Assist patients in achieving their personal goals in ADLs, IADLs, and functional mobility.
- Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based treatments tailored to individual needs.
- Document patient progress and treatments efficiently and defensibly.
- Educate patients and caregivers to support continued progress and promote a healthy lifestyle.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Completion of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program (Associate Degree).
- Current NY State Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License (required).
- Knowledge of EMR systems (SynergyPro/Turbo PT experience is a plus).
- CPR certification (preferred but not required).
Skills:
- Strong understanding of current best practices in occupational therapy.
- Ability to engage patients with diverse needs and personalities.
- Motivation to continually learn and adapt.
Compensation:
Competitive per-visit rates at $50-55$
