At Streamline Business Solutions, we provide innovative point-of-sale and payment solutions to businesses, with a focus on helping them operate more efficiently and grow. We’re currently expanding our reach in the St. Louis market by introducing SkyTab, a cutting-edge POS system designed specifically for restaurants.
We’re looking for a Client Success Manager who is passionate about building strong relationships, delivering top-tier customer experience, and helping restaurant owners and staff thrive with new technology.
What You’ll Do:
• Be the key point of contact for restaurant clients after the sale—manage onboarding, implementation, and training.
• Work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and outstanding client experience.
• Train restaurant owners, managers, and staff on how to effectively use the SkyTab POS system.
• Provide both remote and in-person support as needed—most client interactions will be in the St. Louis area.
• Conduct ongoing education to ensure clients get maximum value from the system.
• Track client success metrics, manage follow-ups, and resolve any challenges with a customer-first mindset.
• Serve as a liaison between the client and our internal teams to share feedback and improve the customer journey.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years in a customer success, account management, or training role (restaurant or POS experience is a strong plus).
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management.
• Comfortable working remotely, but also willing to travel locally to meet with clients in person.
• Tech-savvy and a quick learner, especially with software and hardware systems.
• Passionate about hospitality and helping small businesses succeed.
