Program Services Manager

Position Title: Program Services Manager

Program: Child Care Resource Referral/Head Start/Early Head Start

Salary: $319.49 to $402.91 per day with benefit package

Work Year: 40 hours per week: 12 months, 250 paid days

Deadline: Friday, May 9, 2025

Qualifications:

• BA degree in Social, Human, Family Services or in a related field
• Prior experience working with state and federal programs/reporting
• Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience and supervision of adults
• Knowledge of Funding Terms & Conditions, Head Start Performance Standards, Title 5 and 22 highly desired
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 10-30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Valid California driver license and insured reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Plan for integrated program services to families
• Provide oversight to Child Care Resource Referral and Alternative Payment programs
• Manage eligibility, recruitment and enrollment process and procedures
• Collaborate effectively with administration, local and state partners, and funders to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and services
