This position requires a Master's degree in Socil work or Counseling psychology.
Main Responsibilities
- Applying skills in CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and solution-focused approaches for varying mental health issues ranging from short to long term conditions like depression, anxiety, and trauma
- Performing session documentation in a robust, timely manner, employing our electronic health record system
- Responding to client queries via email and demonstrating competent management of an epublishn online calendar
- Assisting clients to navigate through varied lifecycle transitions and fostering growth amid today's challenges
Key Skills
- Strong proficiency in CBT and DBT
- Narrative therapy experience
- Utilize a solution-focused approach
- Supreme cultural competence deriving empathy for diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Exceptional session documentation and email communication abilities with a grasp of virtual platforms and online calendar management
