Content & Community Onboarding Coordinator

Location: Remote
Type: Contract / Part-Time (with potential to become Full-Time)

Overview

Heaven at Hand is a global Christian platform that aggregates live streams, events, sermons, books, music, videos, and community connections from churches and Christian leaders worldwide. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven Content & Community Onboarding Coordinator to help us populate the app with engaging initial content ahead of our user launch. This person will use our admin tool to enter data about churches, events, Christian leaders, and media content.

Responsibilities

  • Use our custom admin portal to input data for churches, events, sermons, music, books, and videos
  • Research and curate high-quality, relevant Christian content from trusted sources
  • Create and maintain consistent formatting and tagging to ensure clean user experience
  • Reach out to churches and Christian leaders to verify and update information
  • Coordinate with the internal team on progress and report content population metrics
  • Support future onboarding by helping churches and content creators transition to managing their own profiles

Requirements

  • Strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Christian ministries, content, and churches (global exposure a plus)
  • Clear written communication
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Experience with online content management systems or admin tools (training provided)

Bonus

  • Background in digital ministry, Christian media, or nonprofit outreach
  • Experience with CRM tools or databases
  • Social media or content curation experience
