Assistant Team Leader Real Estate Brokerage

The Assistant Team Leader plays a vital support and leadership role within our real estate brokerage. This position will focus on bringing in new talent to the market center while engaging with current agents. The main responsibility will be to recruit new and experienced agents to the market center using Keller Williams systems and models. The individual will be assisting leadership staff in implementing strategic initiatives, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is people-oriented and has a strong understanding of business acumen.
