ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Preparation for the order and cleaning of your workstation
▪ Read and comprehend instructions and follow established assembly & test procedures
▪ Collect and wash all components and equipment needed to begin the process
▪ Prepare material and assemble parts to build finished valves and prepare for test
▪ Perform tests on assembled hydraulic systems to ensure functionality and performance according to operating instructions
▪ Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with hydraulic systems during assembly and testing
▪ Check output to ensure highest quality
▪ Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
▪ Document assembly and testing results accurately for quality assurance, keep records of production
quantities and time
▪ Collaborate with engineering teams to improve assembly designs and processes, report on issues,
malfunction or defective parts
▪ Participate in regular training sessions to keep skills up to date and learn new techniques
Desired Skill Set
▪ High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
▪ Proven understanding of fluid power fundamentals
▪ Proven experience in hydraulic assembly or a similar field
▪ Basic mechanical/electrical skills
▪ Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and their components
▪ Knowledge and good use of office package
▪ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
▪ Proficiency in using hand tools and testing equipment
▪ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
▪ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly
▪ Strong desire to grow into a higher level job role within 2 years
