Administrative Assistant

Small dynamic law firm dedicated to providing excellent legal services while maintaining a professional work environment.  We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented administrative assistant to join our team.

Job responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to attorneys;

Manage scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation;

Maintain client files, records and office organization;

Assist with billing, invoicing and other office tasks as needed;

Handle phone calls, emails, and general client communication professionally.

 

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software;

Strong organization and communication skills;

ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality;

Friendly and professional demeanor with attention to detail.
