Aspire Health Alliance has an opening for Crisis Clinicians on our Hospital-based team, located in Weymouth! Crisis Clinicians gain comprehensive diagnostic and clinical skills with a broad population, including children and adults! The clinician will work with the medical staff to triage and assess clients who may need behavioral health services. Their day-to-day duties include assessment of the level of care needed, appropriate clinical intervention, and case management support. Work is fast-paced, but clinicians receive clinical supervision for each client seen by an experienced independently licensed supervisor. Flexible schedules are available! (i.e. 4 10hr Shifts OR 3 12 shifts)
The schedule for this position is Wednesday - Saturday 1pm-11pm.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or other mental health discipline.
- Experience in a hospital or integrated care setting is highly desirable
- Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation protocols
- Experience in providing follow-up and referral services to ensure continuity of care
