Your Role:

As a Physical Therapist on our team, you’ll deliver individualized, hands-on care rooted in evidence-based practice. You’ll have the opportunity to work across wellness, performance, and rehab settings to support your patients through every phase of their journey.

What You’ll Do:

Evaluate and assess patients across a range of orthopedic and performance needs

Design and implement comprehensive, functional treatment plans

Deliver skilled manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and exercise-based interventions

Educate and empower patients with strategies for long-term health and movement success

Collaborate across a multidisciplinary team including massage therapists, trainers, and recovery specialists

Accurately document care and progress in our integrated EMR system with AI integration - Prompt EMR

Preferred Skills:

Strong communication and critical thinking abilities

Eagerness to learn and apply innovative approaches to care

Familiarity with active populations (yoga, sport, postnatal, CrossFit, etc.) is a plus

What We Offer:

Salary Range: Competitive and commensurate with experience

Flexible Schedule:  4- or 5-day work weeks available

Paid Time Off: 10 days + an additional 9 holidays

Insurance Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days of employment

• Elective supplemental insurance options are also available.

401(k): With 4% company match after 12 months

Continuing Education: $500+ annual CE allowance + Free access to Catalyst’s in-house mentorship and movement-based workshops
