Position Overview:
As we grow, CTech needs hands-on engineers to optimize and automate our processes, design innovative storage solutions, and ensure product quality and performance. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and/or Engineering Technology majors are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Analyze and improve manufacturing processes–including automation–to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Production Support: Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, provide technical support, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Design and Development: Create and refine components and systems, ensuring products meet performance, quality, and safety standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for new product development, process improvement, equipment upgrades, and workflow optimization. Lead projects to implement changes that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate within and beyond your department to live our values--customer focus, on-time delivery, freedom, innovation, and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in an engineering role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
