We’re looking for someone special to join our team as a Mariona Stylist—someone who loves connecting with people, has an eye for style, and enjoys helping others find joy in all the little moments.
As a stylist, you'll guide customers through our collection, helping them discover pieces that reflect their personal style or mark meaningful moments. This role is about more than sales—it’s about helping people find pieces that feel like them. You’ll help customers discover pieces that tell their story. Whether they’re shopping for themselves or someone they love, you’ll be there to create a memorable experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome and assist customers at both our storefront and kiosk locations
- Offer thoughtful, personal styling suggestions based on individual needs
- Share product knowledge with confidence and clarity
- Keep displays tidy, clean, and well-stocked
- Process sales using our point-of-sale system
- Support opening, closing, and daily retail operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, approachable energy and a love for connecting with people
- A natural sense of style and an appreciation for design
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
- Dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Education / Experience Requirements
Required: 18 years & older, interest and passion for fashion and accessories, excellent customer service, sales experience, outgoing and positive attitude, jewelry making experience and knowledge of retail/fashion industry a plus.
