Middle School ELA Teacher

Plan and teach English Language Arts for 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. 20 students maximum per class.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or beyond is necessary.  (State certification preferred but not required)
  • Church attendance
  • Agreement with our statement of faith
  • Experience leading children, especially in an urban setting

Essential Skills:

  • Spiritual preparation
  • Lesson planning and leading
  • Classroom management skills (and/or ability to learn them)
  • Basic computer skills
